Association reveals four regional events to support commercial finance brokers
A series of free-to-attend events designed to empower brokers and drive small business growth across the regions, in 2025, the Association’s Funding Future Growth roadshow will be stopping in London, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.
This highly popular, rolling series brings together commercial intermediaries, lenders, suppliers, industry experts and leading trade bodies to explore growth opportunities for small businesses across the regions.
Spaces are limited to ensure that meaningful connections are made, and brokers are encouraged to register early to secure their spot. Please note, this is a broker-only event. Any NACFB lender Patrons interested in attending in a sponsorship capacity are asked to contact the events team.

Why attend?
Hosted by a member of the NACFB team, the first part of the morning offers an engaging panel session with specially selected experts from national organisations who will share regional insights on both the challenges and opportunities for small businesses looking to grow and access funding. Crucial to sourcing appropriate funding solutions, brokers will be encouraged to join the debate and come armed with questions. Participating organisations typically include British Business Bank, UK Finance and Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
Brokers will also meet lenders’ representatives face-to-face to discuss potential deals and gain a greater understanding of products and services. To ensure meaningful connections, only 10 lenders are invited to participate at each event.
An NACFB compliance specialist will provide an invaluable overview of the latest regulations and compliance issues facing both brokers and lenders in the intermediary commercial finance sector. Brokers will also hear from specialist suppliers to understand how their solutions can support intermediary businesses.
Attending each event is NACFB CEO Jim Higginbotham, who said: “I’m very much looking forward to these events and meeting attendees. Importantly, I view these intimate, in-person events as an opportunity to learn more about the challenges facing brokers, so that concerns and ideas can be captured to ensure that our collective voice is heard.”
Full details of attending lenders and speakers will be shared over the coming weeks.
