NACFB Broker Academy celebrates first graduates

The first cohort of graduates from the NACFB’s Broker Academy have attained their esteemed CertCFB qualifications. Among these remarkable achievers, three graduates have earned a merit recognition, with one student demonstrating exceptional excellence, achieving a distinction.

The inaugural graduates are: Anthony Thompson (Eurolease), Rob Williams (Cornerstone Finance Group), Jack Weston (Portman Asset Finance), Kelly McGrath (Reach Commercial Finance), Tom Berry (Arc & Co. Structured Finance), Seb Morgan (ASC West Country Brokers), Christian Reilly (Lily Head Finance), and Nicolau Ung (Blaise Commercial Finance).

NACFB board director, Steve Olejnik, said: “We are immensely proud to congratulate the first-ever graduates of the NACFB’s Broker Academy. This milestone not only signifies their dedication and hard work but also represents a significant step forward for both the NACFB and the future of commercial broking.

“We are inspired by their commitment to excellence and look forward to honouring their achievements at next month’s Commercial Broker Awards in Manchester. Their graduation marks the beginning of a promising journey in the finance industry, and we will celebrate their success wholeheartedly,” Steve added.

Developed in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and delivered in partnership with In Professional Development (InPD), the NACFB Broker Academy’s bespoke qualification aims to expand both the knowledge and capabilities of aspiring finance professionals.

The NACFB Broker Academy was made possible thanks to the direct support of the Association’s lender Patrons, Allica Bank, Cambridge & Counties, Haydock Finance, Lloyds Bank, Market Financial Solutions, NatWest, Shawbrook Bank, Together, United Trust Bank, and YBS Commercial.
