Method Valuation has been connecting many NACFB Members and their clients to the property valuations they need since 2014, so we are delighted to have now been selected as a valuation Partner of the Association.

Method was born from a group of surveyors and their frustrations with the service received from existing valuation panel managers. From those beginnings, Method has grown into a leading valuation and monitoring surveying panel management provider, that acts for around 60 lenders and already processes many valuations for NACFB Members each month.

Method connects brokers and lenders that require valuations and development monitoring reports to a panel of around 200 firms of surveyors that are able to provide them. The panel provides coverage across the UK over the full range of property types.

Our service to brokers dealing in the secured lending space, provides access to the valuation panels of a growing number of the UK’s leading lenders. Valuation reports are available at an earlier stage in the lending process with the comfort that the broker not only receives a valuation report that is sourced from a firm acceptable to the lender but also provides an early opportunity to ensure that the security is suitable for that lender.
