The NACFB is inviting all lender Patrons and supplier Partners to submit entries across 20 categories in the NACFB Commercial Lender Awards 2024.
Recognising and honouring lending excellence and the unwavering support of the industry’s service providers, the trade body encourages Patrons and Partners to embrace this opportunity to showcase their exceptional talents and the positive impact they have on the brokers and businesses they serve.
To be in with a chance of lifting a trophy, participants have just 300 words per category to present to the judging panel their accomplishments and significant contributions to the lending industry. Participants are encouraged to enter all categories which resonate best with their business, products, services, teams and individuals.
The awards are completely free to enter and the deadline for all submissions is 5pm on Monday 9th September.

- Innovation of the Year
- Leadership Award
- NEW! Marketing Team of the Year
- NEW! New Lender of the Year
- Rising Star of the Year
- Service Excellence Award
- Short-term Lender of the Year
- Specialist Lender of the Year
- Underwriting Team of the Year
- Unsecured Funder of the Year
All participating Patrons will be entered automatically for the coveted NACFB Commercial Lender of the Year 2024 award.
Commenting, NACFB managing director, Norman Chambers said: “We were delighted with the overwhelmingly positive reception the refreshed awards received last year and now we’re building upon that firm foundation. From sector champions to supplier partners, the breadth of award categories recognises firms, teams and individuals.”
Once the entry window closes, the judging panel will have the difficult task of determining a shortlist in each category. Member brokers will then be invited to cast votes for the Patrons and Partners of their choice in each category. The judging panel’s scores will be combined with the Members’ votes to determine the final results.
The winners will be revealed at a gala ceremony which returns to the Westminster Park Plaza on Thursday 28th November 2024. Akin to last year, the trade body expects more than 700 lenders, brokers and partners to attend to celebrate the excellence and achievements of the commercial finance industry’s best funders. Tickets are on sale now and full details of the night’s entertainment and host will be revealed soon.
