The trade body has confirmed the full conference theatre agenda ahead of next week’s (Wednesday 26th June) NACFB Commercial Finance Expo. The comprehensive lineup of topics, speakers, and sessions promises to offer invaluable insights for all attending finance professionals.
Previously available exclusively through the show’s mobile app, the full agenda is now accessible to a wider audience. Delegates are encouraged to engage with the diverse range of sessions planned for the day, which includes plenary addresses, interviews, and expert panel discussions.
The conference will kick off with an opening address from UK Finance’s David Raw, who will assess the current commercial lending landscape. The conference theatre will host three expert panel sessions – facilitated for the first time by Iain Dale – each offering perspectives from SMEs, brokers, and lenders. This structure aims to provide a holistic view of business borrowing.
A programme highlight will be the appearance of former Team GB Olympian Perri Shakes-Drayton, in a session sponsored by NatWest. Perri will share her insights on achieving peak performance in sports and how these principles can be applied to business success.
Looking ahead to next Wednesday’s NACFB Expo, Iain Dale emphasised the event’s significance: “As we navigate through a crucial year politically, it’s imperative that we keep the spotlight on the challenges and opportunities facing small businesses, particularly in terms of accessing finance.
