Deposit Release Bonds

Surety bonds allow developers to unlock buyer deposits from escrow, either before or during the build:

  • Buyer fully protected
  • PI cover greater than the bond value
  • Can be used as a marketing and pre-sale tool
  • Competitive commission and legal framework provided

Geographical scope

IFS operates mainly across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, supporting brokers and developers nationwide. While the products are predominantly UK-focused, the team is experienced in cross-border structures and complex projects, thus would be happy to explore these on a case-by-case basis.
