Led by Sarah Cunningham, this immersive morning session will invite delegates to step into the creation of a fictional AR network and work through its development in real time. Using a safe, hypothetical model rather than real firms or case studies, the session will bring to life the key regulatory, operational, and governance considerations that shape effective principal oversight.
Interactive and discussion-led throughout, it will examine how robust AR frameworks are built, tested, and maintained in practice, while also highlighting how the NACFB can support firms through its compliance services and Partner offering.

Building on the foundations of Session One, NACFB Head of Compliance, Sarah Cunningham, dives deep into the specific regulatory, operational, and governance challenges currently facing the broker community. This session moves beyond the “what” and into the “how,” providing a clear breakdown of what regulators are prioritising right now.
Sarah will be joined by NACFB Partners.

NACFB CEO Jim Higginbotham will facilitate a session exploring how the NACFB can develop a proposition that best support our Broker networks, discussing lender activity, trends and what more the NACFB can be doing to serve AR networks.
