NACFB Consumer Duty for Patrons
The NACFB is to broaden its regulatory support by hosting a Consumer Duty webinar for lender Patrons. Representatives from the Association’s 162 lender Patrons are invited to join a free virtual session from 10am on Thursday 27th October.
The event will unpack the consumer duty toolkit which Patrons can purchase ahead of the Duty’s first key milestone; one of needing to demonstrate an implementation plan by the end of this month. The NACFB team can also support lender Patrons beyond the FCA’s first deadline through the provision of a dedicated toolkit.
The NACFB’s compliance team will step through some of the guidance and materials that have already been issued to broker Members across two dedicated Consumer Duty clinics. The free webinar forms part of the NACFB Consumer Duty hub alongside downloadable template documents and access to bespoke online learning modules.
